Quinoa with smoked trout and Ucook Curry coco

  • 30 g quinoa
  • 75 g of French beans
  • 1 smoked trout filet
  • Smoked sesame seeds
  • Ucook Curry coco
  • 60 g quinoa
  • 150 g of French beans
  • 2 smoked trout filets
  • Smoked sesame seeds
  • Ucook Curry coco
  • 90 g quinoa
  • 225 g of French beans
  • 3 smoked trout filets
  • Smoked sesame seeds
  • Ucook Curry coco

Preparation

  1. Boil the quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging, in a good chicken broth. Leave it to cool down.
  2. Mix the boiled quinoa with the Ucook curry coco.
  3. Blanch the beans. Cool down under cold water and cut them in pieces.
  4. Cut the trout in pieces.
  5. Divide the quinoa over the plates and garnish with the beans, trout and smoked sesame seeds.
  6. Drip some Ucook curry coco along the plate.
