Puff pastry snack with Tandoori

  • Puff pastry of 10 x 30 cm
  • 2 tablespoons of Ucook Tandoori
  • 1 egg
  • Puff pastry sheet of 30 x 30 cm
  • 3 tablespoons of Ucook Tandoori
  • 2 eggs
  • Puff pastry sheet of 40 x 40 cm
  • 5 tablespoons of Ucook Tandoori
  • 3 eggs


  1. Defrost the puff pastry.
  2. Coat completely with Ucook Tandoori.
  3. Roll the pastry tightly.
  4. Cut into slices of approx. 1 cm and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  5. Coat the pieces with beaten egg.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 16 minutes.


  • For a nice presentation: pin the rolls up onto a skewer and place them in a glass.
  • You can also make this dish by using the Ucook Garlic & Fine Herbs or Barbecue. So, either the spicy or the more herb flavoured one. For a creamier result, you can line the pastry with a fresh hard cheese or spreadable goat cheese.
