Couscous with marinated prawn

  • 100 g couscous
  • 150 ml broth
  • 100 g blanched spinach
  • 2 spoons of Ucook Lemon/dill
  • 6 prawns
  • 2 spoons of Ucook Tandoori
  • A few leaves of fresh spinach
  • 200 g couscous
  • 300 ml broth
  • 200 g blanched spinach
  • 4 spoons of Ucook Lemon/dill
  • 12 prawns
  • 4 spoons of Ucook Tandoori
  • A few leaves of fresh spinach
  • 300 g couscous
  • 450 ml broth
  • 300 g blanched spinach
  • 6 spoons of Ucook Lemon/dill
  • 18 prawns
  • 6 spoons of Ucook Tandoori
  • A few leaves of fresh spinach

Preparation

  1. Mix the couscous with the Ucook Lemon/dill.
  2. Mix the broth and the spinach, heat this up and drape this over the couscous. Stir for a moment and let it rest and get done for 10 minutes under some foil.
  3. Peel the prawns (let the head attached) and marinate them with Ucook Tandoori.
  4. Roast the prawns, decorate the plates and serve immediately.
